I’ve always liked Bellville’s downtown area. It seems like you have taken a time machine back in to the past. I finally got a chance to do a shoot there with Byron and Andrea. The day was was wonderful and Byron and Andrea were a great couple to work with. Here are a few favorites from the day.
Nicole, a young emerging model, approached us about being a part of a series of photo shoots. The series focus was a tribute to the fallen Shawn C. Williams, who passed shortly after his 23rd birthday in 2008. His Effects were felt throughout the local and even some national fashion outlets. At such an young age he possessed the talents to reach out to the world. TBKene’ owes a lot of who we know, and what we have done in the past 2 years with the fashion side of our photography to Shawn. He was always the 1st stylist we called for any projects. This shoot was more about his quote and less about his clothing. He used to say “Learn to Love to Laugh and Live your Life”. Jerren had the idea to write those words all over Nicoles body. Nicole, also has a tattoo on her back with the same words. This was one of those unique shoots where we felt emotionally connected to the shoot and everyone involved gave it their all.

When we heard Adam and Natalia had their wedding planned for 1/3/09 we immediately prepared for a ice cold day. But much to our surprise, the day was oddly warm for January. That along with a ceremony and a reception venue with great lighting made for wonderful pictures.
